Welcome to the hxBlog blog.

This little project is a demonstration of the (relative) simplicity of haXe server side usage.

This project is in a early stage of development. It assume you know how to install and use apache, mysql, nekovm, haxe, etc... A click and play version of hxBlog may be released one day but that's not for tomorrow.

hxBlog uses :

• neko.db : Simple persistance over database
• mtwin.web : A non intrusive web handler proposal
• mtwin.templo : An XHTML template system
• mtwin.text.Text2Xhtml : transform naturally written text into XHTML

hxBlog required only a few work hours thanks to these packages.

This blog features :

• multi user
• user's own description
• small calendar
• mysql full text search
• categories
• archives per month
• rss2
• simple text syntax
